Yaron has been working under the banner of “On Script Translations” since 2008, providing translation services to the Israeli Film and Television Industry.
Specializing in screenplays and media-related materials, Yaron relies on his unique background: He has studied screenwriting both in Israel (at the Tel Aviv School of Screenwriting) and in New York (at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts), and has worked as an Assistant Director in Israel and in Hollywood.
His clients include production houses, agencies and broadcasters such as: Keshet Broadcasting International, Reshet Media, Metro Communications, MoviePlus Productions, July August Productions, Kneller Artists Agency, ADD Content Agency, Endemol Shine Israel and Teddy Productions;
and writers and filmmakers such as Ron Leshem and Amit Cohen, Samuel Maoz, Yossi Madmoni, Avi Nesher, Dani Rosenberg, Dana Modan, Tom Shoval, Nadav Lapid, Gideon Raff, Joseph Cedar and Hagai Levi.
He has translated screenplays and additional materials for television shows including Homeland (Prisoners of War), Our Boys (for HBO), Tehran, Your Family or Mine (Saveri Marenan), Loaded (Mesudarim), False Flag (Kfulim), The Baker and the Beauty (Lihiyot Ita), and When Heroes Fly; and films such as Past Life by Avi Nesher, The War Has Ended by Hagar Ben Asher, Incitement by Ron Leshem, Beyond the Mountains and Hills by Eran Kolirin, The Mountain by Yaelle Kayam, and Baba Joon by Yuval Delshad.
